Outsource Nigeria is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their Lagos team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, managing phone calls and chats, supporting clients with complaints and feedback, and delivering excellent customer care.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum of OND/NCE (any discipline)
- Good communication skills — fluent in English and Pidgin
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to work in shifts
- Friendly and professional attitude
